Refund policy

RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

To start a return, email support@thedimhour.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and you get a full refund or a free replacement - your choice.

 

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. For lower-value items we will simply ship a replacement and you will not need to send anything back.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

 

Digital products - ebooks, PDF guides, printable templates and worksheets - are final sale and non-refundable. Because the file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been sent, whether or not the file has been opened.

 

This does not leave you without recourse. If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is not what the product page described, email support@thedimhour.com within 14 days and we will send a working copy or, if we cannot deliver one, refund that item in full.

 

Digital products are licensed for your own personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

 

If an order contains both physical and digital items, the physical items follow the return terms above and the digital items follow this section.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

 

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGES

 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships, usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible. Digital items cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
