Before you ask

How fast does it ship?

Most orders leave our US warehouse within one business day and arrive in 3 to 8 business days. A few pieces, marked on their product page, ship from our international warehouse and take 7 to 12 business days, with import duties included. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it moves.

What water should I use?

Distilled. Tap water carries minerals that settle as fine white dust on nearby surfaces. It is the water, not the unit.

How loud is it?

Quiet, not silent. The Night Mist Projector runs under 30 dB, about a quiet library. Where we have a measured figure, it is in the Details on the product page.

How big is it, really?

Exact dimensions are in the Details on every product page. Check them before you buy: some pieces are smaller than photos make them look.

What if it arrives broken?

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement. For most pieces you keep the original, because mailing it back costs more than the piece.
