A small metal lamp with no cord. Charge it, then put it where a lamp could never go before: the middle of the dinner table, a bookshelf, the far end of the sofa.
Touch the top to turn it on and to dim it. The light moves between warm, neutral and cool white; warm is the one you will leave it on.
It charges by USB-C and runs on its own battery, so there is nothing to trip over and nothing to hide.
Before you open it: it is 8.3 inches tall — table height — and it gives ambient light, enough to eat or read next to, not enough to light a room. Charge it fully before the first use.
Shipping
Ships from our international warehouse. Delivery takes 7–12 business days in the US and Canada, free. This one travels further than most of the shop, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you later. Tracking is emailed as soon as it leaves. For Christmas, order by November 30.
Import duties are included. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs charge, send us the receipt and we'll refund it.

The maker lists 12 to 22 hours depending on brightness. We have not timed it ourselves yet, so treat that as the maker's figure.
Is it bright enough to read by?
At full brightness, for a book or a menu next to it, yes. It will not light a room.
Is a charger included?
A USB-C cable is in the box. A wall adapter is not; any standard USB adapter works.

This piece ships from our international warehouse and arrives in 7 to 12 business days after one business day of processing. Shipping is free and tracked, and import duties are included.
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
Yes. Checkout runs through PayPal, and on PayPal’s page you can choose “Pay with debit or credit card” and pay as a guest. We never see or store your card number.
What if it arrives broken, or I change my mind?
Broken or defective: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund it, your choice. Changed your mind: you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused in its original packaging; return shipping is on you in that case.
