How do I get it?
The download link is emailed to the address you use at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. Nothing ships. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to support@thedimhour.com.
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
Yes. Checkout runs through PayPal, and on PayPal’s page you can choose “Pay with debit or credit card” and pay as a guest. We never see or store your card number.
Can I return it?
Digital downloads are final sale. If the file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is not what this page describes, write to us within 14 days and we send a working copy or refund it.
